Cancellation Policy

24 hours advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice for your appointment the following changes will apply; the first offense will be 50% of the amount of your services, second offense 75% and third offense 100%.
